Morgan brings over seven years of property management experience to her role as Maintenance Operations Coordinator at ARTISAN. With a strong background in vendor relations, operational support, and team collaboration, Morgan is passionate about creating efficient processes that help communities run smoothly and successfully.

Based in Waukee, Iowa, Morgan is an Iowa native who thrives on building strong relationships and fostering communication between site teams and service providers. Before joining ARTISAN, she held multiple roles supporting third-party owned properties, where she gained hands-on experience in both the operational and resident-facing sides of the industry.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, cooking and baking, listening to true crime podcasts, and keeping her iced coffee close.
