Karim joined ARTISAN Management Group in 2026 and brings over 15 years of experience in real estate accounting. He supports the firm’s accounting and financial reporting functions across the multifamily portfolio, contributing to the monthly close process, maintaining internal controls, and driving practical process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Before joining ARTISAN, Karim worked across both owner-operator and third-party management platforms. He has managed offshore accounting teams, supported multi-entity ownership structures, and contributed to system implementations and reporting workflow improvements.
